Patrick and the others waited for a good while longer.
They were all starving and utterly drained.
Just as they were about to give up, with Patrick ready to throw in the towel, he suddenly spotted a familiar figure walking out of the headquarters' main entrance.
The girl was still dressed in a simple white t-shirt and long pants, carrying a canvas bag. Beneath the city lights, her cold and arrestingly beautiful face was exceptionally captivating.
"It's Serena!"
Patrick's spirits immediately lifted. He yanked the car door open, ready to rush out. "Quick! Get out of the car! Let's go!"
Just as his hand touched the door handle, he heard Hailey suddenly exclaim, "Hey... th-that's..."
Her beautiful eyes widened in shock. "Sis... she's not really being kept, is she? The guy picking her up looks even older than you, Dad."

There, at the entrance of YB's headquarters, Serena was walking toward a black Porsche. A man who looked to be in his fifties, with graying hair, got out.
Then, Serena got into the old man's car.
Marianne's face immediately twisted in disgust as she cursed, "I knew that little tramp was trouble. Back then, she saw that Adrian was the Cole family heir and clung to him relentlessly. Now that she's lost the Wynn family and Adrian, she's sunk so low as to become a mistress for some old man!"
Logan also looked disgusted. "She must be desperate to have the stomach for an old guy like that! She'll do anything for money!"
Patrick's face instantly darkened.
So Serena found someone to keep her.
