Married at First Sight

Chapter 4775

Romina smiled and said, “We don’t even know when we’ll get married, and you’re already thinking about children.”

“It’s only a matter of time. If you bring it up now, we can discuss it. We’ll make it this way. I’ll take care of the children and discipline them, and you can just focus on making money. You don’t have to worry about the children. You can just spend time with them on weekends.”

“That won’t work either. If the children stay with you and not with me, I’ll be a bit disappointed.

I was the one who carried them for ten months and gave birth to them.” Romina said, “Children stay with whoever takes care of them. I won’t be a stay-at-home mom, but I’ll still take care of them and nurture their bond. Even biological mother and child need nurturing to develop feelings.”

River York smiled fondly, “You’re the boss. Whatever you want, do it.”

He had no objection.

Romina smiled, having already made up her mind to marry River York as soon as possible. Such a good man couldn’t be snatched away by someone else.

She knew many strong women who worked with Yangtai were interested in River York.

River York was honest and straightforward, and clearly rejected those admirers.

Although those strong women were a little sad after being rejected, they still admired River York and were optimistic about Yang Tai, so they continued to cooperate in business.

They didn’t give up their business just because they were rejected. They could be said to have a clear distinction between public and private affairs. Strong women are certainly not simple people, they have a big vision.

River York stayed in Romina ’s room for more than half an hour before returning to his own room.

As soon as he returned to his room, River York called his eldest brother.

Fortunately, Zachary was still awake, otherwise he would have been woken by his call and would have been scolded by his eldest brother.

“Brother, I went to visit the head of the Lafond family in Annenburg today. Romina is on a business trip there, so I came with her.”

Zachary said, “Since you’re going to Annenburg, you should go visit.”

He and Romina had only rarely met, but the two families were somewhat related. Even if he hadn’t gone to Annenburg, he would definitely visit Romina if he did.

“Brother Lafond will send his wife and children to our house tomorrow. His son is too lonely alone.”

River York just wanted to tell his brother in advance.

Zachary nodded, “The wife of the head of the Lafond family just called Jane Johnson, and Jane Johnson told your sister-in-law. Now our house is more lively.”

“They are coming over tomorrow, which is perfect. We will take the children to our sea view villa tomorrow night. We promised to take them to the beach for the weekend, and grandma will go with us.”

River York smiled, “Grandma stays at home every day now. I’m afraid she must be getting bored. It’s time to take her out for a walk.”

“Grandma’s life is so fulfilling. She used to go down the mountain to chat with others every day. Now a group of children are on vacation at our house. She is surrounded by a group of children every day. I don’t know how happy she is.”

“She also took a group of kids to the creek at the foot of the mountain to take a bath and catch fish. Even the sisters Juniper Farrell and Belle played for an afternoon and caught a few small fish. Belle said she wanted to raise them, but they died in the evening.”

“Belle even cried once.”

River York smiled, “That kind of wild fish is not easy to raise. We caught a lot of them when we were young, but they all died.”

It was not surprising that the fish raised by his niece died.

Their childhoods were actually quite lively. Even though they were all born with a silver spoon in their mouths, they did all the things other children did in their childhoods. They

went up the mountain to rob bird nests, went down to the river to bathe, and caught fish and shrimp. Their grandparents indulged them, and no matter what they did, as long as they were happy, it was fine.
