A dozen minutes later.
Marry Lord parked her car in front of the coffee shop Land Joans had mentioned.
She took off her helmet and car keys, and was about to go into the store with her handbag when she caught a familiar figure out of the corner of her eye—it was Alex York.
Alex York was also riding an electric scooter. There were some things he had bought on the footrests. She couldn’t see what they were, but they were in red plastic bags. They were probably for the renovation.
“Marry!”
Alex York looked quite surprised. He parked his electric scooter near the roadside. His scooter was very new and didn’t have a white license plate yet, so it must have been a new scooter he bought today.

“Yes, I have an electric scooter. It’s very convenient for getting around the city. How much is your electric scooter?”
Marry Lord glanced at his newly bought electric scooter and asked.

Marry Lord said, “I usually brew my own tea and drink coffee only occasionally. I really can’t tell the difference between different coffees, or whether they taste good or not.”
In her mouth, she felt that coffee tasted exactly like that.
She still prefers to drink tea that she brews herself, and sometimes she also makes a cup of flower tea.
