Then Mrs. Price said what had happened to Cecelia.

"You are Cecelia's elder brother. Sophia and Bard gave her a hard time. We are the respectable Price family, and we can't let them wipe their feet on us. So, I hope you kick their butts!" Flynn frowned and stared at Cecelia.

For some reason, she looked guilty.

"Did you mess with her first?"

Mrs. Price said with rage, "Flynn, what do you mean? No matter who initiated the fight, Cecelia's the victim here. And we can't just let it slide."

Flynn finally couldn't help but say, "Mom, you are spoiling her. I'm telling you, she'll be in a bigger trouble sooner or later."

"Big trouble? Well, we are rich and powerful. We can help Cecelia out no matter what!"

"Anyway, you must teach Sophia and Bard a lesson and get them out of Sealand, if you could."

Flynn then said, "Dad, you want this, too?"

"Cecelia is our sweet daughter and your sister, you know that. After what they've put her through, you do need to teach those two arrogant people a lesson."

Flynn sneered. "It's the first time I've realized that I'm the only clear-minded person in this family. Otherwise, even with the money and power we got, the Price family would be doomed one day."

Mrs. Price retorted. "Flynn, do you know what you were talking about? Are you gonna kick their ass or not? They've put your sister through that misery, and you are just gonna sit there and do nothing?" "What should I do? She's the one who messed with them first. Or why would they do this to her?"

Cecelia said in an injured tone, "Mom! Do you hear what Flynn said? He acts like a different person every time when it comes to things about Sophia. Is it possible that he likes her, too?"

Mrs. Price started to worry after hearing these words, "Flynn, tell me, you've known Sophia for so long. Do you also have feelings for her?"

Flynn was speechless. What was wrong with his family!

When Sophia came to work the next morning, Chloe ran over, "Sophia, the Buying Department just called. They said somehow we can't get anything on our purchase order." Sophia looked at her. "What do you mean"? The products are out of stock or the sellers just don't sell them to us?"

"They probably don't sell them to us on purpose. Those products won't be out of stock at this time."

They did it on purpose?

Someone must asked them to do so!

"Go find out who did it."

Sophia thought of someone, but she couldn't make sure without enough evidence.

Chloe soon returned and said, "Sophia, it's the Price family."

"The Price family? Flynn knows it, too?" Sophia asked.

"I'm not sure about that. But it must have something to do with his father."

"Well," Sophia said in disdain.

"Cecelia must have been a part of it."

"I think you are right." Chloe left early yesterday, so she didn't know what happened after. So, Sophia told the whole story to Chloe.

"What a bitch! The man she loves doesn't love her. How could she vent her anger on you?"

"Well, it doesn't matter to me. The Price family are the ones who cut off our supply. Then they have to take the blame for this government project." Chloe soon got what she meant, "You mean we just sit by and watch?"

Chloe smiled, "Nice! This is a good opportunity to teach the Price family a lesson!"

This government project was huge, so the purchase order was divided into four parts which delegated to four companies, each with its purchasing task. The project was on hold because Sophia from the Skylane Group hadn't delivered the products. Harris was anxious, and then he called her.

"Ms. Lawson, Mr. Riley, Mr. Price and Mr. Duncan have all delivered theirs, you..."

Sophia said in frustration, "Mr. Sutton, I'm sorry. It's not that I don't want to, but someone wouldn't let me."

"Well, I assume I should blame Mr. Price. His sister kinda doesn't like me. So he set me up for his sister's sake. You think we still need to work as a team?" Harris's face looked awful, "What did the Price family do to you?"

"It's hard to say it to you..."

Harris interrupted her with an utterly serious face, "Just say it. It's important and I gotta know."

"It's kinda personal between us. Mr. Price's sister came to see me and I may have said something harsh to her. The Price family have been holding grudges against me since then. My assistant told me this morning that we couldn't get anything on our purchase order. Mr. Sutton, I'm just trying to pursue my career in a strange city, but they make things so difficult for me. I don't know what am I supposed to do."

"What! How could they do this to you at this time? Didn't they know how important the project is? Don't worry, Ms. Lawson, I'll take care of this thing."

"You really don't have to," Sophia said hypocritically.
